CHΛU
visual artist
CHΛU is a London-based audiovisual artist and live VJ working at the intersection of emotion, system logic, and sensory disruption.
With a background in photography and systems architecture, her work merges cinematic composition with real-time generative visuals. She builds immersive environments where light, glitch, texture and rhythm respond to sound, yet remain anchored in human intensity.
CHΛU crafts audio-reactive landscapes that oscillate between control and chaos. Edges dissolve, silhouettes fracture, binary structures pulse. Her visual language explores duality: structure and instinct, technology and vulnerability, discipline and desire.
Self-taught in TouchDesigner, she approaches live AV performance as a form of emotional engineering, constructing immersive spaces where the audience feels suspended inside a living system. Her photographic eye informs every frame: deliberate composition, tension in negative space, contrast as narrative.
Her performances are immersive, atmospheric, and rhythmically precise, designed not to illustrate music, but to inhabit it.
Based in London’s algorithmic electronic scene, CHΛU continues to expand her practice through generative systems, glitch aesthetics, and sensory minimalism.
